Hello and welcome!

My name is Emmanuel, CEO / Game Director and Producer at Vagabond. I've started my career as an advertiser, then jumped into the video game industry as QA Tester. I then became a Game Designer at Ubisoft Montreal, before creating my indie studio. I am also a consultant for Freedom Games.
I shipped multiple games, as a solo developer, with small teams, with medium size teams, and AAA.

One of the recurrent issues that I see in my mentoring session are related to scoping and shipping.

I'd like to offer my experience (12 years) shipping titles so you don't fall into the usual traps.
