Around 15 years in the industry. Worked at Ubisoft and Eidos Montreal on games such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider. I also worked on many indie titles over the course of my career. Currently working at Ninja Theory on their new title as Lead Design. I don't believe in any single-one answer when it come to design and I want to help you find your own power as a designer.
